Life is many-sided with so many stages and aspects. Once I found myself at the stage that was perfectly described in “The Divine Comedy” by Dante Alighieri:

When I had journeyed half of our life’s way,
I found myself within a shadowed forest,
for I had lost the path that does not stray.
Ah, it is hard to speak of what it was,
that savage forest, dense and difficult,
which even in recall renews my fear:
so bitter—death is hardly more severe!

I got to know Qigong, the knowledge that was completely new to me, exactly at that time. The person who guided me was Edward. The uniqueness of this knowledge is in the combination of theory with everyday physical activities.

This is how I managed to overcome physical ailments in the form of rapid heartbeats and fainting which were not medically treated. In particular, the pulse of 120-160 beats per minute, which accompanied me in a calm state almost always, was replaced by a pulse of 80 beats per minute thanks to the technique “Extinguish the Fire”, which Eduard discovered for me. The essence of this technique is that the Energy of Water from kidneys envelops the Fiery and Excited Heart and thereby extinguishes the Internal Fire. Breathing by my belly and visualizing made it possible to reduce the Frequency of Cardiac Contraction without any medication.

The knowledge about Energy Points on the body received during regular classes in a group helped me to invent my own method of getting rid of Migraine which I suffered from for several years.

Being harmless at first glance, headache could not be removed by any anesthetic and made me stay in bed for 3-4 days. My condition those days could be compared with that of Pontius Pilate from the novel “The Master and Margarita”: he suffered from terrible Migraine and at the time of its attack the only thing he wanted was to drink poison in order not to suffer anymore.

During one of usual Migraine arrivals, when the pain reached its highest point – I began to hold the Consciousness simultaneously at two points (focusing on the Boiling Springs of a foot and stretching myself mentally by the top of my head). 5 seconds after the pain was gone.

I continued to hold consciousness at these two points simultaneously for about an hour. Then I discovered that the muscles of the neck and head were terribly strained and weakened those muscles mentally for about 2 hours. After that, I was able to leave my bed and get back to my daily business without feeling any pain!

As I mastered the Technique of the Exercise “Tree”, I developed the Sensitivity Which Lets Me Relax Muscle Strain in My Shoulder, Neck and Facial Muscles. This ability to Relieve “Tension” Early Helps Me Prevent Migraines That Have Accompanied Me since adolescence.

Everyone has their own questions and their own attitude to life but the answer is one – practice Qigong on a daily basis, and then the only wish of the main hero of “Roadside Picnic” by the brothers Strugatsky will come true:

HAPPINESS FOR EVERYONE! WITHOUT ANY LIMITATIONS OR CONDITIONS!
HAPPINESS FOR EVERYBODY IN THIS WORLD!
